And the dessert, the banana nut bread supreme, was great, especially as a mini-birthday cake for my daughter-in-law. The drinks were okay, though I thought the pina colada that we ordered wasn't mixed properly. Maybe the staff should be working more as a team, because what they were doing wasn't great. on a Sunday evening, but the attentiveness needs more work. I was really fascinated by the number of staff that was working in the restaurant when we first got there at around 6 p.m. But because of that, other items were not brought in a timely manner, and were not as good as they could have been. And, to be fair, it was nice that they deducted the price off of the bill. It seemed funny that even the manager came over to apologize for the kid's meal not appearing. The strange thing was that all of the entrees were held up over the chicken tenders. There has never been any question in my mind that you should order for a toddler right away, if only to keep them occupied. As we did have a 2 year old and a baby with us, we asked that the kid's chicken tenders be brought quickly. We also had the shrimp tacos, an avocado & crabmeat salad, steak frites and a bowl of West Indian chicken curry. When everyone was there, we tried the conch fritters which were pretty good. We did mention the lack of plantains and our server did bring us some additional.

There was plenty of guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes and cheese, however, which did taste pretty good. We had the Key West nachos with beef, though the description said that there were plantains, as well, but I think we actually only found one plantain chip in that appetizer.
